Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping to P.O. Boxes may take longer than standard delivery times.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. If international shipping is available, please note that customs fees and taxes may apply, and the buyer is responsible for these charges.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
BBG is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to investigate delivery issues. We will gladly assist with providing tracking information.
